THE SEPT 8,2020 BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING WAS HELD AT BORO BUILDING
PRESENT: STEVE DAUGHERTY, CHRIS GROSH, MARV HENISE, BLADE KLINE,
ROSALYN McELHENNY, DON DAUGHERTY, ABSENT, RUTHANN PALACIOS
PATRONS PRESENT, PAUL SOWERS AND TOM HOLLABAUGH.
PRES, STEVE DAUGHERTY OPENED THE MEETING AT 7: 30 P.M. WITH PLEDGE
OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION BY ROSALYN Mc.ELHENNY
TOM HOLLABAUGH DISCUSSED HIS LETTER RECEIVED IN VIOLATION OF WEEDS
AND ABANDONED.VEHICLES. STEVE EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THIS MUST BE TAKEN
CARE OF AND WHY.
PAUL SOWERS[ STATED THAT HE SPRAYED GRASS ON HOLLABAUGHS SIDE OF FENCE.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: SEPTIC MAINTENANCE ORDINANCE SEC. WILL SEND OUT
NOTIFICATION LETTER TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS THE END OF SEPT. AND REMINDER
NOTICE THE END OF DEC.
BORO [PROPERTY- ESTIMATE OF $2400 FROM D.C. WOODS WAS RECEIVED. MARV HENISE
MET WITH TIM O’DONNELL AND LANDFILL WILL PAY WOODS FOR CLEANUP AND
WILL HAVE A DUMPSTER THERE FOR DEBRIS.
SEC. WILL HAVE BRANDON FILLMORE AND BRITTANY GRIM SIGN LETTER TO ALLOW
WOODS TO REMOVE ROOTS FROM THEIR PROPERTY AND RESEED THEIR YARDS
NEW BANNERS- MARV GOT NEW PRICES FOR 20 BANNERS-@ $2600 LANDFILL WILL
ALSO PAY FOR THEM.
MARV GOT A PRICE FOR EXTENSION ON BOROUGH SIGN TO ADVERTISE NOTICES OF
$680 FOR 4”LETTERS
TIM O’DONNELL WILL NEGOTIATE NEW LANDFILL EXTENSION BENEFITS FOR BORO 2021
NEW BSINESS: EYCEMA- ROSALYN REPORTED THEIR BUDGET OF $14,879, SHE REPORTED
THAT 911 IS UNDERSTAFFED, DIRECTOR IS MATT HODSON.
EYARC – STAFF ARE BACK IN ALL 3 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, FOR SACC 22 STUDENTS ALLOWED
IN EACH SCHOOL DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS.
YARD SALE SET FOR SEPT 11 AND 12 BLADE KLINE MADE MOTION TO PAY BILLS, DON DAUGHERTY
