YORKANA BOROUGH MINUTES
April 2, 2018 Yorkana Borough Council meeting was held at the Borough office
With all members present.
Pres. Daugherty opened the meeting at 7:30 with pledge and invocation by lyn
Mayor McElhenny issued the oath of office to newly appointed councilman
Blade Kline.
Sec, report was submitted: Ruthann made motion to accept , Blade seconded
Motion carried.
Treasurer report was reviewed: Rosalyn made motion to accept, Don seconded
Motion carried.
Unfinished Business: Cat complaint, Mayor notified Moyers.
SEO inspected Venable property, council wants him to prosecute.
Smith’s and McElhenny’s attended fire co. appreciation dinner,
Spring cleanup first Wed. in May
New Business: will attend Stan Saylor dinner.
Marv stated to pay EYCEMA annually
Chris made motion to pay bills, Ruthann seconded, carried
Lyn made motion to adjourn, Don seconded, carried
