The June 6, 2022 meeting of borough council was held at the borough building with

President Steve Daugherty opened the meeting at 7:30 P.M. with pledge and invocation

Treasurer report was reviewed. Marv Henise made motion to accept, Ruthann Palacios,

Seconded , motion carried.

Chris Kraft , engineer reported, DEP requires update to storm water ordinance. Chris will

Review and report back at July meeting. Dep will charge $500

MS4 waiver is up

Unfinished business: bldg. committee report:–landfill will provide dumpster, work will begin

This week.

Sidewalks-kingsley gave new quotes, Steve will contact Tim O’Donnell

Sewer pumping

Hollabaugh, Musser, Moyer, and Bradenbaugh, will be cited by attorney.

New business—Al Sadek, suggested we contact pumpers to get them registered, per the

Ordinance, Al and Nita will work on this.

Complaints—letters to be sent to Moyer and Frick for high weeds and vehicle abandonments.

EYARC -summer camp has 50 plus registered for summer, and fall registrations for SACC Program

Is filling up. Director continues to get grants for programs.

Lyn made motion to pay bills, Don Daugherty seconded, motion carried.

Ruthann made motion to adjourn, Al seconded. Motion carried.
